Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIME
All NOOR ARTWEAR products are made to order. Once your order is placed, 
production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

SHIPPING
We currently ship within Australia only.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Standard: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or our 
fulfilment partner Printful. If your order has not arrived within 
15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at 
rojda.noor@gmail.com and we will investigate.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are 
not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided 
by the customer.
