By purchasing from NOOR ARTWEAR, you agree to the following terms.

PRODUCTS
All NOOR ARTWEAR products feature original hand-drawn illustrations and are produced on demand via Printful. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances (e.g. pricing errors), in which case a full refund will be issued.

SHIPPING
Orders are produced and dispatched by our fulfilment partner Printful. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at rojda.noor@gmail.com with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs and artwork are the original work of NOOR ARTWEAR. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
